Інноваційний розвиток в умовах сучасної економіки України

Abstract

У статті інновації розглядаються як ключовий чинник розвитку сучасної української економіки. Визначено основні фактори і загальні принципи формування інноваційної економіки, також окреслено сучасні форми і механізми підтримки національної інноваційної системи та акцентовано увагу на основних індикаторах її розвитку. Сформульовано загальні напрями державної політики стосовно активізації та стимулювання інноваційного розвитку. Систематизовано основні чинники, що заважають втіленню техніко-технологічних інновацій та прискоренню економічного зростання як України, так і територіальних економічних систем загалом.

In today's world, innovation is a defining factor for economic growth and dynamic relationship in all areas of society. It is hard to imagine the modern world without the innovations that have become commonplace, and without future innovations, which should contribute to the further evolution of new technologies. In the article innovations are considered as a key factor in the development of modern Ukrainian economy. Major factors and the general principles of formation of innovative economy are defined, modern forms and mechanisms of support of national innovative system are designated and the attention is focused on the main indicators of its development. The general directions of a state policy on foster and promote innovation are formulated. The major factors interfering an embodiment of technical and technological innovations and acceleration of economic growth of both Ukraine and regional economic systems in general are systematized.
