Вплив вологості зерна пшениці на індекс лущення

Abstract

Наведено результати дослідження впливу вологості зерна пшениці різної крупності на індекс лущення. Вказано показники якості пшениці різних фракцій, описано методику дослідження. Показано, що зі збільшенням вологості пшениці, індекс лущення лінійно зменшується. The results of the study of the influence of moisture content of wheat of different sizes on the peeling index are presented. Indicated indicators of the quality of wheat of different fractions, described the research methodology. It is shown that with an increase in wheat moisture, the peeling index decreases linearly.
