Діяльність агрохолдингів в умовах загострення світової продовольчої кризи

Abstract

Досліджено ситуацію на світових продовольчих ринках. Встановлено тенденцію зростання по- питу на продукти харчування. Проаналізовано діяльність холдингів в аграрному секторі економіки. Досліджено організаційно-економічний механізм побудови агрохолдингів. Проведено детальний аналіз особливостей їх діяльності, форм налагодження виробничих процесів та господарсько-фінансових взаємозв’язків. Встановлено, що активному розвитку агрохолдингів та посиленню їх фінансової стій- кості сприяють значні обсяги інвестицій, масштаб діяльності та особливості взаємодії з ринковими інститутами. Висвітлено переваги інтегрованих структур та науково обґрунтовано пропозиції що- до перспектив їх подальшого розвитку в умовах загострення світової продовольчої кризиIn this article we investigate the situation in world food markets. Established trend of increasing demand for food. We analyzed the activity of holdings in the agricultural sector. Studied organizational-economic mechanism of constructing agricultural holdings. We conducted a detailed analysis of the characteristics of their activities, forms of production processes and the establishment of economic and financial relationships. Found that the active development of agricultural holdings and enhance their financial stability contribute significant amounts of investment, scale and characteristics of the interaction with market institutions. The paper analyzed the holding activities in the agrarian sector of the economy and investigates the organization- and-economic mechanism of agroholding construction. It also carries out a detailed analysis of agroholding structure, activity characteristics, forms of organizing production processes and economic-and-financial in- terrelations. The author proved that present-day integrated formations have gone far beyond the limits of common organizations, and their influence on the development of the country’s national economy is not lo- cal, since rather often precisely they lay down ‘the rules of the game’ on the domestic economic scene. It has been established that a high level of investments, activity scale and peculiarities of interaction with market institutions contribute to the active development of agroholdings and strengthening of their financial sound- ness. The article elucidates the advantages and disadvantages of integrated structures and scientifically sub- stantiates the suggestions concerning the prospects of their further development.
