Організація рекреаційних послуг у сфері аквакультури в готелі

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню інноваційних підходів у діяльності туристичних готелів в контексті орга¬нізації нових послуг рекреаційного направлення. Впровадження інноваційних послуг в готелі, орієнтованих на задоволення рекреаційного попиту гостей у сфері аквакультури, орієнтовані на організацію рибальських турів. Їх створення має передбачати додаткові зручності, такі як спеціальні зони для зберігання рибальського обладнання, надання послуг з оренди човнів та гідів, а також організація рекреаційного простору на озерах і річках. В Україні є великий потенціал для організації риболовних турів завдяки розвиненій мережі водойм та рибних господарств. Незважаючи на наявність туристичних об'єктів, спеціалізованих готелів, що пропонують риболовні тури обмаль. Це створює можливості для розвитку такого бізнесу, оскільки попит на дані послуги серед туристів зростає. The article is devoted to the study of innovative approaches in the activities of tourist hotels in the context of organizing new services, in particular recreational ones. Introducing innovative hotel services focused on meeting the recreational demand of guests in the field of aquaculture, focused on organizing fishing tours. Their creation should include additional amenities, such as special areas for storing fishing equipment, providing boat and guide rental services, as well as organizing recreational space, fishing tours on lakes and rivers. Fishing tours are a popular innovative service in hotels, especially in regions with abundant water resources. Such tours are offered in various countries around the world, for example in the Scandinavian countries, Canada, the USA, New Zealand, the UK, Turkey, Australia, Mexico and others. Ukraine has great potential for organizing fishing tours thanks to its developed network of reservoirs and fish farms. Despite the presence of tourist facilities, specialized hotels offering fishing tours are few. This creates opportunities for the development of such a business, as the demand for fishing services among tourists is growing. Although there are hotels of various categories, none of them offers a comprehensive service that would take into account the specific needs of fishing enthusiasts, such as fishing equipment rental, equipped places for catching fish, boats and guides for fishing tours. Given the natural potential of the region, namely the presence of lakes and rivers that attract fishermen, as well as the lack of competitive hotels focused on this segment of tourists, it is advisable to create a specialized hotel that will provide fishermen with the necessary conditions for comfortable rest and professional fishing, which will become its key competitive advantage. In addition to standard hotel services, the new hotel should offer infrastructure for storing and processing caught fish, the opportunity to participate in thematic fishing events and tournaments, as well as a high level of service that will meet the modern requirements of tourists.
