Анотація
В статті розглядаються питання необхідності врегулювання проблеми дебіторів-кредиторів в Україні. Економічна криза 2008-2009 рр. майже повністю дестабілізувала кредитну активність комерційних банків, що значно зменшило інвестиційні можливості підприємницьких структур. У зв’язку з цим, дослідження основних напрямів налагодження взаємин між банківським і підприємницьким секторами, набуває особливої актуальності.
The article addresses the need to resolve the problem of debtors, creditors in Ukraine. The economic crisis of 2008-2009, almost completely destabilized the credit activities of commercial banks, which significantly reduced the investment opportunities in businesses. The problems of the banking and monetary sectors Ukraine prove the existence of obstacles that are embodied in the differences between current economic conditions of development, the declared objectives and actions of the state. Establishing the relationship between the bank and the business sector, according to the author, possibly through the implementation of measures aimed at reducing the dependence of the domestic banking sector of the global situation, the increase in domestic capital in the banking sector, increasing the capitalization of the banking sector, the direction of monetary policy to overcome the crisis and increase the credit capacity of commercial banks. Last will mitigate the negative effects of the crisis for the business sector and will increase the efficiency of state regulation of business, improving financial security, increase investment and innovation oriented business sector in Ukraine.
