Розглянуто методи виявлення фальсифікації олії чорного кмину. Досліджено встановлення факту фальсифікації за жирнокислотним складом.
The methods of adulteration detection for black cumin oil have been viewed. The determination of adulteration by fatty acid composition has been investigated.
