Abstract

Встановлено, що щодо змісту біржової угоди, за винятком назви товару, кількості, ціни, місцезнаходження товару та терміну виконання, вона може бути комерційною таємницею відповідно до біржового статуту та угоди сторін і не може бути розголошена. Ця інформація може бути надана лише на запит суду, прокуратури, служб безпеки, органів внутрішніх справ та аудиторських організацій у випадках, передбачених законодавством України.

Regarding the content of an exchange transaction, with the exception of the name of the product, quantity, price, location of the product and the term of execution, it may be a commercial secret in accordance with the exchange charter and the agreement of the parties and may not be disclosed. This information may be provided only at the request of the court, prosecutor's offices, security services, internal affairs and audit organizations in cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
