Деякі аспекти використання РКЦ у ректифікації

Abstract

У матеріалах показано, що при експлуатації колон у контрольованому циклічному режимі роздільна подача фаз, яка сприяє зменшенню їх взаємного опору при русі по ступеням контакту в колоні, дозволяє збільшити паро-рідинні навантаження на апарат до значень близьких до критичних, тобто таким, що відповідають режиму «захлинання». При цьому, завдяки незначній тривалості часу подачі фаз явище «захлинання» не встигає розвинутися. Таким чином, застосування циклічного метода роботи колонни апаратів дає можливість експлуатувати ї у найбільш вигідному для масообміну режимі з постійним покращенням пропускної здатності колон у порівнянні з стаціонарним режимом.The materials show that during the operation of columns in a controlled cyclic mode, the separate feeding of phases, which helps to reduce their mutual resistance when moving along the contact stages in the column, allows to increase the vapour-liquid loads on the apparatus to values close to critical, i.e., those corresponding to the "choking" regime. At the same time, due to the short duration of the phase feeding time, the "choking" phenomenon does not have time to develop. Thus, the application of the cyclic method of operation of the column of devices makes it possible to operate it in the most favourable mode for mass transfer with a constant improvement of the column throughput compared to the stationary mode.
