Удосконалення технології каротинвмісних продуктів Blakeslea trispora

Abstract

Досліджено зміну вмісту розчинного кисню у культуральній рідині при промисловому культивуванні Blakeslea trispora по фазам розвитку періодичноїкультури. Встановлено діапазон рО2 і значення технологічних параметрів (ступінь аерації, години біосинтезу для її зміни, швидкість перемішування), за яких відбувається максимальне утворення β-каротину продуцентом, скорочення тривалості ферментації за рахунок інтенсифікації ростових процесів.The change of maintenance of the dissolved oxygen in the cultural liquid during industrial cultivation of Blakeslea trispora on the growth’s phases of periodic culture is explored. The range of pO2 and values of technological parameters (expense of aeration air, hours of biosynthesis for its change, speed of mixing) which maximal accumulation of β-carotene by producent is set, abbreviation of duration of fermentation due to intensification of growth processes.
