Abstract

Медіація є суспільно необхідним інструментом в арсеналі правових засобів, призначених для вирішення спорів у суспільстві. Медіація не може бути ефективною без наявності та виконана певних принципів, що визначають основні стандарт і організації та проведення процедури вирішення спорів за участі медіатора. Зазначене обумовлює необхідність обгрунтування, визначення та систематизації основних принципів медіації.
