Abstract

В статті розглядаються сучасні тенденції розвитку SPA-центрів при готельних підприємствах та удосконалення їх діяльності. Визначено актуальність SPA-послуг в XXI ст. Розглянуто особливості процесу надання SPA-послуг в залежності від територіального розташування готелів чи SPA-центрів. Наведено приклади використання SPA-технологій та виявлено, що певні тенденції можуть сприяти розширенню їх асортименту й підвищенню якості послуг в SPA-центрах при готелях.The article considers the current trends in the development of SPA-centers at hotel enterprises and the improvement of their activities. The relevance of SPA-services in the XXI century is determined. The peculiarities of the process of providing SPA-services depending on the territorial location of hotels or SPA-centers are considered. Examples of the use of SPA-technologies are given and it is revealed that certain tendencies can promote expansion of their range and increase of quality of services in SPA-centers at hotels.
