Abstract
Пропонується здійснювати збагачення мінеральними елементами насіння зернових культур шляхом пророщування його зі штучних живильних середовищ – розчинів солей металів. Розглянуто можливості використання в якості живильних композицій також таких природних середовищ як молочна сироватка, яблучний сік, розчин меляси.
It is proposed to carry out enrichment with mineral elements cereal seeds sprouting through its artificial culture media – solutions of metal salts. The possibilities of use as well as the nutrient composition of natural habitats as whey, apple juice, molasses solution.
