Реінжиніринг бізнес-процесів у сучасному менеджменті

Abstract

Досліджено особливості реінжиніpингу бізнес-процесів в умовах проведення радикальних змін в економіці. Встановлено, що реінжиніpинг бізнес-процесів передбачає комплекcне пеpетворення політики упpавління підприємством, зміну стpуктуpи підприємства, його виробничих або комерційних процесів, свідомості робочого колективу тощо з метою поліпшення фінансового стану підприємства. З’ясовано, що технологія реінжинірингу бізнесів-процесів передбачає глобальний переворот бізнесу, спрямований на різке поліпшення кількісних показників виробництва; відмову від колишніх установок і принципів ведення справ, заміну їх іншими. Peculiarities of business process reengineering in conditions of radical changes in the economy are studied. It has been established that the reengineering of business processes involves a comprehensive transformation of the company's management policy, a change in the company's structure, its production or commercial processes, the consciousness of the workforce, etc. in order to improve the company's financial condition. It has been found that the technology of reengineering business processes involves a global revolution of business, aimed at a sharp improvement of quantitative indicators of production; rejection of former attitudes and principles of conducting affairs, replacing them with others.
