Генопротекторні властивості молочнокислих бактерій

Abstract

Аналіз отриманих результатів продемонстрував, що КР досліджених штамів молочнокислих бактерій роду Lactobacillus у різних розведеннях не виявили здатності індукувати генні мутації по типу заміни пар нуклеотидних основ у тест-організму Salmonella typhimurium TA100. При всіх досліджених концентраціях КР не спостерігалося перевищення середнього числа ревертантів в досліді відносно контролю більше, ніж 1,8 разів, що свідчить про відсутність мутагенної активності у досліджених концентраціях КР молочнокислих бактерій. Analysis of the results showed that the CF strains of lactic acid bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus in different dilutions showed no ability to induce gene mutations in type replacement pairs of nucleotide bases in the test organism Salmonella typhimurium TA100. In all studied concentrations were observed Raman excess of the average number of revertants experiment relative to control more than 1.8 times, indicating that the lack of mutagenic activity in the studied concentrations CF lactic acid bacteria.
