Abstract
Наведено метод кваліметричної оцінки якості сухих сніданків. Визначено комплексний показник якості композиції із збалансованим амінокислотним складом рис + горох. Представлено математичну модель комплексного показника якості для сухих сніданків. Presented the method qualimetric assessing of quality of the breakfast cereals. Defined complex index of quality of composition with balanced amino acid composition of rice + peas. Presented mathematical model of a complex index of quality for breakfast cereals.
