Abstract
Розроблено розчинне печиво призначене для харчування дітей починаючи з 6 місячного віку. Таке печиво розроблено з застосуванням цукру, глюкози, пшеничного та інших видів борошна. Розчинне печиво за розчинністю, крихкістю (міцністю), органолептичними показниками наближається до печива фірми НІРР.
It was developed the soluble cookies intended for feeding children from 6 months of age. This cookie is developed with the use of sugar, glucose, wheat and other flour. Soluble cookies for solubility, fragility (strength), organoleptic characteristics approaching the cookies firm HIPP.
