Abstract

Дослідження довгострокових тенденцій світового та вітчизняного техніко-економічного розвитку показали, що динаміка відтворювальних процесів, які супроводжуються зміною структур національних економік і зрушеннями в міжнародному поділі праці, ґрунтується на циклічних коливаннях економіки, безпосередньо пов'язаних з науково-технічним прогресом і з інноваційними перетвореннями. Саме циклічна концепція інноваційного розвитку призводить до розуміння науково-технічного прогресу як найважливішого шляху вдосконалення продуктивних сил, з одного боку, і як інноваційного циклу, здійснюваного через реалізацію всіх стадій з виходом нововведення на ринок – з іншого. Studies of long-term trends in the global and domestic technical and economic development have shown that the dynamics of reproduction processes , accompanied by a change in the structure of national economies and changes in the international division of labor based on the cyclical fluctuations of the economy is directly related to scientific and technological progress and innovative changes. This cyclical concept of innovation leads to an understanding of science and technology as an important way of improving the productive forces on the one hand, and how the innovation cycle, carried out through the implementation of all stages of innovation with the release of the market - on the other.
