Yield of intermediate products in the drought process of wheat milling

Abstract

The article presents the results of the investigation of the yield of intermediate products of grinding of the breakage process in roller mill of wheat grinding. The output function of individual product fractions is obtained depending on the grinding mode. В статті наведено результати дослідження виходу проміжних продуктів подрібнення драного процесу у вальцьових верстатах сортового помелу пшениці. Отримано функції виходу окремих фракцій продуктів в залежності від режиму подрібнення.
