Abstract
Показаны научные подходы к управлению коммуникациями. Дано определение понятия «коммуникационная система предприятия». Построена концептуальная модель коммуникационной системы предприятия машиностроения.
Scientific approaches to the management of communications are shown. The definition of the concept of "communication system of the enterprise" are created. A conceptual model of the communications system of engineering enterprise are built.
