dc.description.abstractВ статті представлено тренінгова програма в рамках Конкурсу заявок Польсько-Української Ради молодіжних обмінів. Тренінг створено для підготовки психологів, соціальних педагогів, волонтерів для роботи в сфері міжкультурної комунікації молоді та практично спрямований на зміцнення міжнародного культурного діалогу. Тренінгова програма базується на парадигмі міжкультурної комунікації, має взаємопов’язані компоненти: поведінковий, когнітивний, афективний, смисловий. Учасники тренінгу навчаються базовим принципам побудови міжкультурного діалогу на основі різних аспектів міжкультурної комунікації: культурологічний, лінгвістичний, етичний, психологічний, соціально-комунікативний, професійно-прикладний. Розуміння мови і культури в тренінгу відбувається через створення метафори, компаративні завдання, адаптацію народних традицій та мистецтва до сучасності. Набуття нових смислів здійснюється внаслідок інтерпретації та рефлексії учасників проєкту. Представлена програма розрахована на вісім днів, реалізується в межах неформальної освіти з набуттям навичок міжкультурної взаємодії в різних формах роботи
dc.description.abstractThe article presents a training program within the framework of the Polish-Ukrainian Council of Youth Exchanges Competition. The training was created to train psychologists, social pedagogues, and volunteers to work in the field of intercultural communication among young people and is practically aimed at strengthening international cultural dialogue. The training program is based on the paradigm of intercultural communication and has interrelated components, such as behavioral, cognitive, affective, semantic. Training participants learn the basic principles of building intercultural dialogue based on various aspects of intercultural communication: cultural, linguistic, ethical, psychological, social-communicative, professional and applied. Understanding of language and culture in the training takes place through the creation of metaphors, comparative tasks, adaptation of folk traditions and art to modern times. Acquisition of new meanings is carried out as a result of interpretation and reflection of project participants. The presented program is designed for eight days, is implemented within the framework of informal education with the acquisition of skills of intercultural interaction in various forms of work
