В статье приведены результаты исследований по определению вязкости экстракта топинамбура. Авторами приведена графическая зависимость вязкости экстракта топинамбура от изменения концентрации и температуры.
The results of studies to determine the viscosity of the extract of artichoke. Authors shows a graph of viscosity changes of artichoke extract concentration and temperature.
