Abstract

На основі результатів досліджень в галузі водопідготовки в УкрНДІспиртбіопрод розроблена апаратурно-технологічна схема очищення і кондиціювання води блочного типу для виготовлення високоякісних горілок та лікеро-горілчаних напоїв. Технологія забезпечує одержання підготовленої води що відповідає вимогам до води для високоякісних горілок як на внутрішній ринок, так і на експорт. On the basis of results of investigations in the sphere of water purification, the UkrNDIspirtbioprod has developed a block-type equipment and process scheme of purification and conditioning of water for production of high-quality vodkas, liquer-vodkas products The technology provides for obtaining the process water that meets the requirements of water for high-quality vodkas, liquer-vodkas products for both the domestic market and export.
