Abstract

Розглянуто основні питання сушки цукру та жому в бурякоцукровій галузі як характерних представників переробної промисловості. Описано основні види обладнання та вимоги до нього, шляхи збільшення продуктивності сушарок та напрямки економії енергоресурсів при сушці. The main issues of sugar and sugar drying in the beet sugar industry as the representative representatives of the processing industry are considered.
