Abstract

Визначено сутність понять «розвиток людських ресурсів» і «система розвитку людських ресурсів». Наведено складові процесу розвитку персоналу на виробничому рівні. Визначено систему факторів, якими обумовлена необхідність безперервного процесу розвитку персоналу на виробничих операціях. Окреслено основні причини гальмування розвитку персоналу в компаніях та недоліки підготовки персоналу на вітчизняних підприємствах. Обґрунтовано пріоритети організації щодо покращення розвитку людського потенціалу в межах інноваційної моделі економічного розвитку організації. The essence of the concepts "human resources development" and "human resources development system" is defined. The components of the process of personnel development at the production level are given. The system of factors that determine the need for a continuous process of personnel development in production operations is determined. The main reasons for slowing down the development of personnel in companies and the shortcomings of personnel training in domestic enterprises are outlined. The priorities of the organization to improve the development of human potential within the innovative model of economic development of the organization are substantiated.
