Abstract

Проведено аналіз особливостей ролей менеджерів за підходом Іцхака Адізеса P.A.E.I. Розглянуто причини чому менеджер повинен мати перевагу в 1-2 ролях, але справлятись зі всіма чотирма ролями: виробника, адміністратора, підприємця та інтегратора. Визначено який набір ролей є найкращим для ефективного менеджера. Автори звернули увагу і на прояви так званого «неправильного менеджменту» за Адізесом. Особливий інтерес викликають проблеми взаємодії в команді та сумісність стилів. The theses analyze the features of the roles of managers according to the approach of Ichak Adizes P.A.E.I. The reasons why a manager should have an advantage in 1-2 roles, but manage with all four roles: producer, administrator, entrepreneur and integrator. It is determined which set of roles is the best for an effective manager. The authors also drew attention to the manifestations of the so-called "mismanagement" according to Adizes. Of particular interest are the problems of team interaction and style compatibility.
