Ферментативна активність окремих представників родів Coprinellus та Coprinopsis

Abstract

The presence of certain enzymes characterizing the metabolism of carbohydrates (amylase, cellulase), proteins (protease), lipids (lipase), nitrogen compounds (nitrate reductase) and redox proceses (laccase) in the representatives of Coprinopsis atramentaria, Coprinopsis cinerea and Coprinellus ephemerus have been verified. The presence or absence of the activity of above mentioned enzymes in investigated strains by the methods of qualitative color tests have been determined. У представників видів Coprinopsis atramentaria, Coprinopsis cinerea та Coprinellus ephemerus перевірено наявність певних ферментів, які характеризують метаболізм вуглеводів (амілаза, целюлаза), білків (протеаза), ліпідів (ліпаза), азотистих сполук (нітратредуктаза) та окисно-відновних процесів (лаказа). Методами якісних кольорових реакцій зазначено наявність чи відсутність ферментативної активності вище вказаних ензимів у досліджених штамів.
