Abstract
Способ получения сахара предусматривает введение в сироп с клеровкой сульфита натрия, уваривание утфеля 1 продуктам и центрифугирование. Перед введением сульфита натрия в сироп с клеровкой добавляют насыщенный раствор моноаммонийфосфата в количестве 0,08-0,15% к массе сухих веществ сиропа.
A method of producing sugar provides an introduction to the syrup klerovkoy sodium sulfite, 1 product massecuite boiling and centrifugation. Before the introduction of sodium sulfite in klerovkoy syrup, saturated solution of monoammonium phosphate in an amount of 0.08-0.15% by weight of dry matter syrup.
