Abstract

Досліджено роль та вплив «soft skills» при працевлаштуванні персоналу на підприємствах готельно-ресторанного господарства. Визначено пріоритетні навички для персоналу. Отримані дані доводять актуальність та необхідність проведення подальших досліджень The role and influence of "soft skills" in the employment of the staff for enterprises of the hotel and restaurant industry was investigated.
