У статті розглянуто сучасний стан безпечності харчової продукції в Україні та її вплив на економічну безпеку держави. Особливу увагу приділено важливості впровадження принципів HACCP, модернізації системи контролю, а також адаптації вітчизняного законодавства до міжнародних вимог
