Abstract
Визначено вплив палигорськіту на культивування дріжджів при виробництві шампанських вин. Встановлено позитивний ефект від внесення в живильне середовище палигорськіту для збільшення накопичення біомаси.
The influence of palygorskite on the cultivation of yeast in the production of sparkling wines was determined. The positive effect of the introduction palygorskite in the nutrient medium to increase biomass accumulation was found.
