Виділення ендофітних бактерій з насіння сосни звичайної

Abstract

Встановлена наявність ендофітної мікробіоти у насінні сосни звичайної (Pinus sylvestris L.) – 20% насінин були інфіковані ендофітними грампозитивними спороутворюючими паличками. На основі даних первинної ідентифікації їх віднесено до бактерій роду Bacillus, що мають цінність для розроблення біотехнологічних препаратів для рослинництва.The presence of endophytic microbiota in the seeds of Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) was established - 20% of the seeds were infected with endophytic gram-positive spore-forming rods.
