В роботі розглянуто та проаналізовано небезпечні чинники і запобіжні заходи у технології горілок. Запропонований аналіз допоможе розробленню та впровадженню системи НАССР на крафтовому підприємстві з виробництва безпечної алкогольної продукції.
The work considers and analyzes dangerous factors and preventive measures in vodka technology. The proposed analysis will help the development and implementation of the HACCP system at the craft enterprise for the production of safe alcoholic products.
