Психологічна складова фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства

Abstract

У статті розкриваються психологічні фактори які впливають на фінансово-економічну безпеку підприємства. Розглянуто мету та функціональні цілі фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства, а також загрози та дестабілізуючі фактори що впливають на неї. Особливу увагу приділено психологічному впливу на безпеку підприємства стосунків між співробітниками підприємства та між клієнтом й організацією. The article reveals the psychological factors that affect the financial and economic security of the enterprise. The purpose and functional goals of the financial and economic security of the enterprise, as well as threats and destabilizing factors affecting it, are considered. Special attention is paid to the psychological impact on the security of the enterprise of the relations between the employees of the enterprise and between the client and the organization.
