Abstract

У статті проаналізовані передумови, формуючі інвестиційну привабливість підприємств готельно-ресторанного бізнесу. Зазначено переваги та недоліки існуючих методичних підходів щодо оцінки інвестиційної привабливості підприємств. Обґрунтовано вибір методики оцінки інвестиційної привабливості готелів та ресторанів з урахуванням специфіки їх діяльності.
