Використання протоколу MQTT при проектуванні аналітичних систем Industry 4.0

Abstract

Протягом останніх років в багатьох галузях, в тому числі у харчовій індустрії, стрімко розвивається впровадження проектів промислового Інтернету речей (Industrial Internet of Things), спрямованих на комплексне віддалене керування промисловими об’єктами та оптимізацію виробничих процесів. Успіх проектів IIoT значною мірою залежить від вирішення складних завдань передачі великих масивів даних з сенсорів, ПЛК, SCADA та інших систем, їх доступності для опрацювання корпоративними ІТ-системами та реалізації Індустрії 4.0 і сценаріїв ведення інтелектуального виробництва.In recent years, many industries, including the food industry, have been rapidly developing the implementation of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) projects aimed at comprehensive remote control of industrial facilities and optimization of production processes. The success of IIoT projects largely depends on solving the complex problems of transferring large amounts of data from sensors, PLCs, SCADA and other systems, their availability for processing by corporate IT systems and the implementation of Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing scenarios.
