Abstract

Проведені дослідження становлення SPA-руху в Україні, номенклатури SPA-послуг в готелях, структури SPA- індустрії і місця ресторанного господарства в ній, типів закладів ресторанного господарства і видів харчування в них. Researches of the establishments of SPA-activity in Ukraine, assortment of SPA-service in hotels, structure of SPA-industry and place of restaurant business in it, types of establishments of restaurant business and types of food there are considered.
