The creation of dietary supplements

Abstract

Today environment is polluted, price for consumer basket is increasing and this has a negative impact on the nutrition of people. Enrichment of food with micronutrients allows to change economically and positively nutrition and health of population. Due to the fact that this method is quite new for Ukraine, it is recommended first of all to enrich flour with vitamin B9 due to the loss of vitamins during processing. This will allow to cover the mass market and develop this initiative.
