Abstract
Розглянуто способи обробки кормів та компонентів що входять до їх складу. Досліджено зміну складу мікрофлори пшеничних зародків оброблених різними способами.
The methods of processing the feed and feed components have been considered. The change of microflora composition of wheat germs processed in different ways has been investigated.
