Винахід відноситься до вимірювальної техніки. Мета - підвищення точності ємнісного датчика для контролю розмірів і форми отворів. Датчик містить два ідентичних кільцевих вимірювальних електрода, які розташовані співвісно.
The present invention relates to the measurement technique. Goal - improving the accuracy of the capacitive sensor to control the size and shape of the holes. The sensor comprises two identical annular measuring electrodes which are disposed coaxially.
