Abstract
Метою освітлення екстрактів топінамбуру полягає у тому, щоб змінити бурий колір екстракту на прозорий, для подальшої кристалізації в білий порошок, більш зручний для використання в харчовій промисловості. The purpose of lighting the artichoke extracts is to change the brown the color of the extract is transparent, for further crystallization into a white powder, more convenient for use in the food industry.
