Abstract

Технологічні процеси цукрового виробництва мають всі характерні ознаки складних організаційно-технічних систем. Основним чинником є значна ступінь невизначеності і складний характер поведінки такого об’єкта керування через наявність явищ переміжності, тобто в чередуванні детермінованих, стохастичних та хаотичних режимів. Technological processes of sugar production have all special features of complex organizational and technical structures. The main factor is a considerable degree of uncertainty and the complex behavior of the object of control because of the presence intermittency effects, so interlace determinate, stochastic and chaotically behavior.
