Експорт продукції олійно-жирового підкомплексу

Abstract

Розглянуто стан олійно-жирового підкомплексу України. Доведено, що олійно-жировий підкомплекс України постійно підтверджує свої лідерські позиції у виробництві насіння соняшнику, соняшникової олії та її експорті. Показано, що сeрeд уciєї вирoблeнoї у cвiтi рocлиннoї oлiї, на cьoгoднiшній день eкcпoртуєтьcя бiльшe 40%. Підтверджено, що олійно-жировий підкомплекс країни має значний потенціал для подальшого розвитку підприємств та посилення позиції України на міжнародних ринках. Обсяги експорту олійно-жирової продукції дають зрозуміти, що підкомплекс є однією із рушійних сил країни в сфері харчової промисловості. The state of oil and fat under the complex of Ukraine is considered. It is proved that the oil and fat subcomplex of Ukraine constantly confirms its leading position in the production of sunflower seeds, sunflower oil and its export. It is shown that more than 40% of all vegetable oil produced in the world is exported today. It is confirmed that the country's oil and fat subcomplex has significant potential for further development of enterprises and strengthening Ukraine's position in international markets. The volume of exports of oil and fat products makes it clear that the subcomplex is one of the driving forces of the country in the food industry.
