Abstract
В статті визначено та проаналізовано причини виникнення дефіциту робітників в українській економіці. Запропоновано заходи щодо мінімізації негативного впливу чинників формування дисбалансу на промисловому сегменті ринку праці з метою забезпечення його поступового подолання.
The article identifies and analyzes the causes of shortages of workers in the Ukrainian economy. The measures concerning minimize the negative impact of factors forming the imbalance on the industrial segment of the labor market to ensure its gradual elimination are proposed.
