Abstract
В статті розглянуті основні складові сучасної системи навчання. Висвітлено за допомогою моделі Дональда Кірпатріка суть та значення моделі оцінки ефективності навчання на підприємстві.
The article describes the main components of a modern system of education. Essence and meaning of model of evaluation of the learning efficiency on the enterprise is elucidated using the Donald Kirkpatrick’s model.
