Abstract
Описаны статьи расхода энергии на замес теста. Определены величины, наиболее сильно влияющие на процесс замеса. Составлена формула для определения расхода энергии на нагрев теста.
The article describes the power consumption of the kneading dough. Defined values, the most heavily influencing the process of kneading. Compiled formula to determine the consumption of energy for heating the dough.
