Abstract

Забезпечення продовольчої безпеки – гарантія незалежності держави, її національної та економічної безпеки. Продовольча безпека держави є одним з основних чинників стабілізації соціально-економічних відносин у країні, а проблема оцінювання та оптимізації стану продовольчої безпеки є одним із стратегічних пріоритетів державної політики. В сучасних умовах трансформацій, які відбуваються у вітчизняній економіці, дослідження зарубіжного досвіду формування та реалізації стратегії забезпечення продовольчої безпеки є актуальним. Ensuring food security is a guarantee of the independence of the state, its national and economic security. Food security of the state is one of the main factors in the stabilization of socio-economic relations in the country, and the problem of assessing and optimizing the state of food security is one of the strategic priorities of state policy. In the modern conditions of transformations taking place in the domestic economy, the study of foreign experience in the formation and implementation of a strategy for ensuring food security is relevant.
