Сurrent conditions of exchange trading in securities in Ukraine

Встановлено, що розвиток соціально-економічної сфери кожної країни нерозривно пов'язаний зі зростанням фінансових потреб усіх учасників ринку: держави, підприємств, організацій та населення. Більше того, часто потреба цих суб'єктів у залученні тимчасово вільних коштів є настільки великою та визначальною для їхнього подальшого функціонування, що учасники ринку вступають у дуже жорстку конкуренцію між собою за ці ресурси, оскільки від цього залежить їхній майбутній успіх. Водночас важливим інструментом залучення додаткових фінансових ресурсів є можливість біржової торгівлі цінними паперами.The development of the socio-economic sphere of each country is inextricably linked with the growth of financial needs of all market participants: the state, enterprises, organizations and the population. Moreover, often the need for these entities to attract temporarily free funds is so great and decisive for their further functioning that market participants are engaged in a very tough competition among themselves for these resources, because this will determine their future success. At the same time, an important tool for attracting additional financial resources is the possibility of stock exchange trading in securities.
