Проблеми розвитку вітчизняних підприємств молочної промисловості

Abstract

Визначено основні напрями реформування вітчизняного АПК, а також низку проблем для молокопродуктового підкомплексу. Окреслено шляхи їх вирішення в аспекті впровадження інноваційних технологій організації та управління виробництвом, вдосконалення виробничо-економічних відносин з виробниками молока, підвищення якості сировини. Наголошено на підвищенні ролі держави в регулюванні ринку молока та молочної продукції. The main directions of reforming the domestic agro-industrial complex have been identified, as well as a number of problems for the dairy subcomplex. The ways of their solution in the aspect of introduction of innovative technologies of organization and management of production, improvement of production and economic relations with milk producers, improvement of quality of raw materials are outlined. Emphasis is placed on increasing the role of the state in regulating the milk and dairy products market.
