Abstract

В роботі проведений аналіз причин виникнення аварій на підприємствах молочної галузі. Використовувались теоретичні методи дослідження, пов’язані зі збором інформації літературних джерел та нормативних документів, методи моделювання, за якими через елементи моделі прогнозували сценарії виникнення аварії на лінії виробництва морозива. The analysis of the causes of accidents at the enterprises of the dairy industry was carried out. Theoretical methods of research were used, related to the collection of information of literary sources and normative documents, modeling methods, through which the models of the model predicted the scenarios of the accident occurrence on the ice cream production line.
