Обґрунтовано викладання освітньої компоненти «Інтелектуальна власність», як важливою складовою підготовки здобувачів вищої освіти спеціальності готельно-ресторанна справа, оскільки дозволяє захищати інновації, уникати правових проблем та ефективно використовувати нематеріальні активи для розвитку бізнесу.
